Sounds like I'll be fine as long as I take the right dose which will mean a blood test soon-ish (few days) after giving birth.. I must make a note to ask my consultant for a form when I see him at 36wks so I've got one handy0 -

Congratulations to shell - Dylan is gorgeous
Elle - I have an underactive thyroid, and haven't seen anything to say there would be a problem with breastfeeding. This reminds me: I must find out when my next check is due - the doctor said about every 6 weeks, but my last was at 16 weeks so would be due next week and haven't heard anything. Maybe worth a phonecall to see what they want me to do :rolleyes:0 -

Haven't caught up. We went out for the day to our local national trust castle and country park. Walked for ages, taught DS1 to ride his bike :j:j:j and had a lovely day in the sun. So now I am knackered but in a good way. Sore but all the stiffness has went away. I'd rather be just sore than sore and stiff.
Will have to look back for Shellsuits birth story, but congratulations!!!!
Krystal tips had any more news? she lost a bit of her plug this morning didn't she?
Elle, I got one good pair of scratchmits for DS2 free with a magazine. They had elasticated wrist bits, never found any in the shop. But just used socks with both the boys as they just fell off. In SCBU they either use socks or tape mits on. Scratchmits are the most useless baby item under a £5 imo.
I have 17 days to cram my head full of higher human biology for my exam on the 28th. Panicking, me? HELL YES!!!! Half hour light study and then shower.0 -
