    Shell, I have never had contraction pain in my back. It's all in my bump and rectum :D Any luck it will calm till tomorrow or well later tonight. How's your DS feel about sharing his birthday?

    My bump now sticks out more than my boobs. I need to get DH to take a picture, although it still looks more like a tyre of flab than a pregnant bump, especially when I sit! :eek:

    I'm hungry. Need to do last nights dinners dishes first though, and it was mac'n'cheese so it'll be firmly stuck to the plates, that'll teach me for being a lazy cow.

    And impulse to re-pack my overnight just in case bag....

    also AM posted these offers in the parent thread this morn;
    No but they have digital thermometers 2 for £20 in Lloyds pharmacy.
    They also have a set of baby monitors and a digital ear thermometer for £20 too.
    Bargains I think.

    Congratualations on becoming viable Tia....I've just become viable too (well yesterday) it's good to know that they'd have a chance of making it in the big wide world now isn't it!

    Oh yeah! You are my near-enough date buddy!

    Yup, what is it again... 40-70% chance of survival

    I keep getting tearful that I actually sat in a room to have a termination because that bloody consultant said I wouldn't even make it this far. Supposed to be a happy day.

    Thick question.. :o

    If someone asked me "how pregnant are you in month?", what's the answer? I'm almost 30 weeks.

    Speaking of rectum pain (thanks Tia). I sat on the floor last night and the most horrendous pain right up my 'rectum' - good it hurt :eek:

    Well I am a thicko so would say roughly 4 weeks per month so I would say 7 and a half months. But I think kind works out you are pg for 10 months cos 40 divided by 4 is 10 :confused:

    I always say 20 weeks but if anyone says how many months I say 5

    Thanks for those links Sami - I've added Lloyds onto my list for the weekend. The monitors/thermometer pack looks interest - our house is only small with thin walls so I wasn't going to bother, but £20 for piece of mind :)
