Tia - I think that's where Skinty got some stuff from and they made a special trip to the post office just for her so she had it in time for paris..

EDIT - oops! nope it was somewhere else
But I'm very happy with my new white trousers. I ordered some from Yummy Mummy (www.yummymummymaternity.co.uk) and they arrived yesterday but I'd ordered the 10-12 and they were too big.

As you know, I was out all day yesterday but it was bugging me so I phoned them up and explained, and bless them they sent me a smaller pair with no extra postage costs and said I didn;t have to pay for them cos I was going to be sending one pair back anyway!

They even went to the Post Office for me specially as I phoned after they'd posted everything and it arrived today! :D They fit really well and I'm soooo pleased with the service - they really bent over backwards to help me out.

They may be slightly pricey (enter Thinkbaby at checkout for a 20 per cent discount though) but I cannot fault their service.

    Wow - me 3!!

Mum lives a 4hr drive in one direction and Dad and OH's parents 4hrs in another direction. No real friends (except u guys :p) up north or family so will just be me, OH and bean. My mum has said she will come up in October half term and OH's lot will come up as well. It would be nice to have some help but as you say I am sure we will cope!

Me 4. My family are at least 6-7 hours away in Scotland and DH's family are about 4 hours away in Kent so we are alone in the middle (and our cat Houdini, but not sure he will be much help :D). Although this will be the first granchild for my parents so I think my Mum will be down for a bit, but my dad is a teacher so kind of non-flexible for holidays. We have a few friends here but only recent ones as we've only been here 2 years so far, but my Mum has done this in the past so I am sure we'll be fine.
