morning all, you guys were up early this morn.

seems very odd out it was chucking it down at 7 when alarm was going but now its dry and very sunny but sounds very windy!!

cant seem to motivate myself to get in shower and get dresses but i will have to soon cos my bro is popping over later before he goes on hols for a week - im a bit sad cos im so far away from everyone and dont have a huge circle of friends so thats one of my main people who might not be here until a week after bubs arrives :-(

    Morning ladies!

After my successful bribery attempt last night, I've decided that using the promise of sex to get things done is probably desperately immoral and that I'm going to do it anyway.

Most of today's to do list is my stuff, but he has a couple of things to take care of:

    Start writing paper (me)

    Fill in time sheets (me)
Call passport office in Dusseldorf (me)

Send thank you notes and hotel letter (him)
Midwife - classes (him) - numbers on post it
Living room - 30 minutes cleaning (joint effort)
I'm also going to attempt to find out where one might purchase a nice wine rack for not too much money, and how much space is available in the pantry to hold it.

Hmm. Himself just left without saying anything. His laptop's still here, so he hasn't gone to work. I wonder where he went and if he will bring me back something nice?!

    Morning all..

I'm at work, running a recruitment testing session. I have gaps of 10-20mins when they're doing a test so I thought I'd drop in quick. Here until half twelve-ish.

The room is so quiet and my belly is about to rumble! They all looked so scared when they realised "the pregnant one" who'd been walking through reception was the one running their test session - like I'm going to drop at any minute!

Well, have been straight to dentist - have appointment at 2.40pm.
Then tried the chemist on way to work, got a big no to anything other than paracetamol.
Also rang the doctors to see if i can get a prescription for painkillers, Triage nurse is going to ring me back.

Doctor should prescribe Co-codamol - I think there are different strengths which is why you really need to get the GP to prescribe it and not just use anything you have hanging around at home... :)
Never take any medication unless you have spoken to your GP when you are pregnant.
I know how bad toothache can be :( I had a tooth out about 5 years ago after I managed to snap one of the roots and it got infected and my jaw ballooned to gve me a handsome "Desperate Dan" look on one side! It was horrid! The dentist tried to save it by anti biotics didn't work and in the end the infection started to go down into the bone so she had to pull it... The relief from the pain the minute she pulled it was instant - extreem and excrutiating pain to sheer bliss in 5 seconds... :)
I've had a headache since last night - not a heavy one just an ever so slight one and it's annoying me! So have taken some co-codamol now in the hope that will knock it on the head. ...
    sounds like childbirth ;):rotfl:

Oh flippin'eck! I've been gettin twinges since about 8ish this morning.

I dont have pain round my back tho and you do get pain in your back when it's contractions don't you? (I can't remember!)

It's right under my bump and is painful, but my whole bump isn't tightning like it does when I get a Toni Braxton.

I've just timed the pains, one at 9.55, one at 10.15 and just another one now.

I'm running a bath now just incase...

    !!!!!!, me no likey :(
