ooh - just a quickie post. Someone on teh last thread was saying about changes in skin colour/ freckles. Well I got asked the other day by a neighbour if we went somewhere sunny over easter (nope - centre parcs at Longleat - so spent all time indoors!) - my face has exploded with freckles - probably the amount I had as a teenager (have redhaired father so I was quite freckly with brown hair with red tones). It's weird! (although I think it makes me look younger - which is good, as I feel like a haggard old bag!! )

jha= only a little further than you - i am so nervous i can't even say my edd out loud! Once get passed the scan i will be shouting from the rooftops!
As for telling the OH .. we were not planning and on the saturday before i did the test we went out and i stuck my head in sand and drunk and smoked. Then Sunday i woke with a start and guilt and finally did the test. Then i waited in bed in shock for hour while my husband was snoring! And yes when he finally awoke he was in shock too. Infact i think we both still are!

hi lizzie, ive had 3 utis this pg, none with burning, one with slight pain, one with major pain and one they told me about from urine sample. they will do a dip test, i think i remember barbie pink being bad

No in any way - hence the shock. And i start a new job on Tuesday. Hubby came up with a good point we have close friends who tried for years before something happened so even though the timing is wrong we should be pleased with our accident. I think i just need a bit longer .. my mind is like it is happening but it is not!

I was the same although I was in bed for 2 full days after as I got an infection in the cut !!

I guess it should have dawned on me but everyone was too polite to mention it !!
I only found out it was there when one of the nurses came to change the bag

mrsapple - i am still in shock a bit. i keep expecting af to arrive at any moment. I just cant get my head around the fact that it has happend. We both need some sticky bean dust i think to cheer us up.:D

i get ya mrs apple the one i lost me and OH were trying and had been trying for over a year ... then as i say we had an ectopic and i was stressing about it so in the end me and OH agreed to stop trying and putting myself under so much pressure ... 3 weeks after that i found out i was pg was such a shock i didnt know what to think took 2 scan and 12 weeks for it to sink it honestly even now i still cant believe it at times x

Its my bump in the flesh, gross belly button and my new stretchmark (yes I know 1 whole one to add to the 1 I gotwith last preg:p) :shocked:
