tara, what's your flapjack recipe? I found one scribbled on a piece of paper in my room when I moved back in, but I haven't made it for years so I can't remember how well it turns out.

We double it, but then I have to do that with every recipe,
    4oz butter,
3oz syrup (usually put a little more in and take off a little sugar)
    3oz soft brown sugar,
    8oz oats,

I don't melt anything, just soften the butter with syrup and sugar, then mash the oats in. If you melt it the flapjack is too crunchy. 170 for about 25 mins but I have a fan oven, take it out as it just turns golden as it will keep cooking once out.

We're home :) Mr Tabson is very happy to be back, although it's proving very difficult to confine him to one room like they suggested... But I think once he settles down he'll probably be off to bed and not moving like he normally does!

Oh, and bonus while I was out fetching him... Hubby's built the swing set... Just putting the seats on the seesaw... It's this one http://www.argos.co.uk/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Search?storeId=10001&catalogId=1500001501&langId=-1&searchTerms=3673551&Submit=GO+%3E feels a little flimsy, but for the price, and considering it's mostly just going to be Aimee using it, should be fine... Does somewhat take over our small garden though!
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Glam, your nursery plans sound like they're coming along well - and you're due two months after me  I'd really better get a move on! :(

Well, ceiling is done! Just got my blind and some matching green paint to go on radiator and skirting boards.

I'm going to try and do a canvas now - but I'm not very creative! Think I'll start on the easiest one - a big orange sun. Then work down to the lions, giraffes etc (I do have stencils though but I'll still be crap!!) :rotfl:

OH moaning that bean not due for 4 months so why are we bothering now? Reminded him his dad has offered so we should make most of the offer!!

    Searching/tara - I thought it was pronounced Sea-x :o
A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea

Glam, when I did dinosuars on DS's wall I used the ones from his duvet. I traced it onto greaseproof paper, then turned it over and used a dark pencil on the back to trace outline so that it was on both sides. Then I put the paper on the wall (your canvas) and went back over the outline and the dark pencil left an print. Exact copy!
