    MBNA Decline reads this:

Thank you for your recent application. We are, however, unable to approve your application at this time. Each application
receives personal attention from a Credit Analyst who takes into consideration all of the available information. The
information we have received reveals a large number of recent applications for credit.
Under the Consumer Credit Act 1974 you are entitled to see the contents of your credit file and you can apply directly to the
Agency for this information. The name and address of the Credit Reference Agency used by MBNA is as follows:
    Experian Ltd
    PO Box 8000
    Nottingham
    NG1 5GX
To obtain information, simply write to them giving details of your address/es over the last 6 years, together with the statutory
    request fee of £2.
We are sorry that we cannot be of service on this occasion.

With MBNA I still have an active account with them after paying it off on a DMP. But no mention of the DMP is written for MBNA and its paid of. Balance is £0 and limit £4000. Is it possible for them to issue me a card? I snapped the old one when I went on my DMP but they never asked for it.

Best ring and ask for a replacement card - act dumb, see what they say.... let us know when you try though (the answer should be a big fat sorry, account is now dormant but this is MBNA we're talking about here LOL!)
