250,and im sure it was at 300 when i checked it a few weeks ago!!
but i dont use it at all, as i have a flybe card with a much lower apr and a higher limit

fly be just put my limit up from 1000 to 1300 too:):) had to call and ask, and they do another credit check

How long have you had the card? I thought they automatically did it after 6 months to 30% of your limit?
