    So they say . Still waiting to hear if I was succesfull with the Bank of Ireland card.6 weeks now!!I had a call couple weeks ago , and aperantely its with the underwriters now.....
    Think it must be a decline!

    Hmmm, just hold fire - BOI are slow, took me a few months - 9 or 10 weeks if I remember correctly.... that included my appeal etc.... good luck....

    Thanks for that. I live in Scotland and read that it becomes staute barred after 5 years and the debt is 5 and a half years since the default was placed so is this correct and also im worried now my ringing them this morning invalidates this, will it? the whole situation has got me so stressed just when i was beginging to get myself on my feet again
