I just got my new Visa Debit Card today for my Plus account and i'm not impressed! May just bin it and keep using my Maestro...

I spoke with Great Universal today re account request being declined and they said i was not on the electoral roll!!! . I vote, have credit cards, bank accounts and other catalogue accounts so how can this be? I'm also shown as being on the electoral roll on my CRA reports .

Tis bloomin annoying i tells ya :huh:.

Thanks for encouraging me to challenge this decline guys, i would otherwise have accepted the decision and moved on :rolleyes:.
