You mean the AP thread I wrote? Yeah it was interesting thread. AP rank up there with 4, 5 or 6 months in arrears! I used to have a few with O2, (defaulted) but thankfully they have been removed.

There was something that I wanted to ask you regarding o2 and the searches that they duplicated on you etc.

In your correspond with them, did they give their address as...Arlingt*n Busines* Centre.... up in Leeds, by any chance?

Yes, the credit referral team are based at the address that I mentioned in Leeds.

If you go online at o2 and search thoroughly at their site, you will find this same address.

They also have the o2 fraud department at this same address which investigate suspicious applications, especially automated online where erroneous search duplicates also trigger their curiosity.
This happened to me when I applied online for a phone with them before I got one with 3.
I had to write and fax to them at this said address to correct the data.
It's nothing for you to worry about matey.

The reason why I am concerned about it is because this address 'rang some alarm bells' ...because I gave some advice and an address to some girl in Bank Reclaims Forum a while back. I can't find the post :mad:

The address that I helped out with was the same as o2.....however a banking organisation also seemed to share letterboxes? :rolleyes:

Perhaps NiD will want to check it out?
