    On a completely different note before I hit the sack...

    Results from the Credit Apps were as follows;-

    Argos Mastercard = Declined
    Barclaycard = Declined
    Halifax = Declined
    Flybe = Declined (information based on your Equifax File)

    ....btw Innocent Argos Mastercard search was carried out by Barclays Home Retail, Equifax and not Experian ;)

    Nite Nite...and cheers guys!

    WOW.... NID is going to be seething

    Not at all matey - it doesn't affect anything cos it will not stand. Rankine paved the way for a brighter future.

    Does raise the question of ethics though..... compare the judges locality vs the court which made the decision vs the biggest CC provider up north........ hmmm, 4 letters starts with M and ends in A????

    Sutton,

    There was something that I wanted to ask you regarding o2 and the searches that they duplicated on you etc.

    In your correspond with them, did they give their address as...Arlingt*n Busines* Centre.... up in Leeds, by any chance?

    Have they done 3 searches with you as well?

    I have the same - just couldn;t bothered arguing with them, it aint worth it. Pathetic..... :mad:

    What is this Arlin Bus Cent/Park?

    Arlington Business Park is a Contact centre - a huge glass building next to the White Rose Centre. I am in Essex but know this cos my mate works for HSBC (1st Direct) which used to be based there before moving to Stourton. The contact centre is huge and homes 1st Direct; O2, British Gas and a couple of others..... its like Ventura - if you know what that is? (Ventura provide call centres for Sky/British Gas/Next to name a few)....

    Does that make sense? Details Here & Photo Here
