DMP, is that Debt Management Plan? Were you aware there is a DMP taking place? I would have thought DMP is IVA.0

I just discovered today that if you get defaulted in Scotland, it is for 5 years! In England and Wales its 6 years! Talk about injustice eh?
You are incorrect, defaults are on credit files for six years in Scotland as well.0 -

If it can happen to me, it can happen to you lot!
Didnt think they would take away defaults/missed payment until 6 yrs.
How did you bully them into submission? pls share your tips0 -
Well the DMP I was on finished so the note should be removed. Wouldnt have thought it would affect anything as its not an IVA its more of an informal agreement isnt it. I have no debts now though.
Well Aqua said they would let me know in due course and they were going to assess it.
Capital One went through then I signed my agreement thingy on the site so that I could possibly get the card within 7 working days. It seemed to pass the initial credit check though but im not 100%.0 -

Nah mate, doesn't work like that

This time last year I had nothing in way of credit rating.
