I have decided to start right from the beginning with these and have sent of my £10 cheque and Martins letter. This was over 2 weeks ago and iv checked my account this morning and the cheque hasnt even been cashed.
How long does it normally take?
Have they got a history of ignoring peoples letters. It was hand written and i didnt send it by recorded mail so im a bit worried they are just going to claim they havent received it?

Beware of this! LTSB told me on the phone that they'd send out a list of charges (I'd been able to get a list from Capital One via a request on the phone). I duly waited 40 days and then rang them, only to be told that I needed to put my request in writing with a cheque for £10. I've now received them and my first letter has gone off.
To save yourself time, I'd get the charges request sent off in writing now.0
