    Great advice thanks :-)
I spoke to the nice lady at FOS earlier and she has started the ball rolling on the complaint. As its still within 8 weeks, she is going to send my complaint to Lloyds to give them a little nudge so they know i mean business. Apparantly what Lloyds told me earlier, that basically it was a no-no, is no good over the phone, they need a final response so i just have to wait for that letter from them.

She did mention something about how the charges will be refunded though if i win. Apparantly they will go straight onto my debt with them for that account which is now with their DCA- 1st credit, rather than being sent to me as a cheque or something (its a closed account now). Is this right?

She is right with regards to any refund. Once lloydstsb send you a final response you are going to have to put down why you agree or disagree with that decision and cover it point by point by point.
