hmm... on the other hand that will actually stop them having to pay us sometimes to take the stuff away! LOL
But I don't want to be them when "us mad MSE lot" starts finding every 1p+ overcharge...
I could do with a new TV, laptop, printer, hoover... oh the list is endless! :rotfl:0 -

That is the part that I read. It was A4 size, dark blue background, white writing. Not the same style as during R&R times, they were A5, white background and blue print. Sorry, I've 'cut and pasted' from your quote and don't know how to change it back!0 -

Has anyone else seen the 'new' misprice posters up in their store? Have just been to St3venage, Br0dwater and went through the basket checkout. There was a new blue background poster (not the old white background one) which stated that if things didn't add up (words to that effect) they would refund your money and you would keep the product. Sounds like dtd is being replaced by R&R. Am on mobile so can't check the website till later.
My locals have always had the big blue sign up with "Things dont add up? We will give you double the difference if we have overcharged you" or words to that effect & folk still get to keep the item.
I haven't seen any rewording saying they would refund the item, just double the overcharge.
I'm sure we will get reports soon enough off our trusty friends of Martin.:A Every moment is a gift. That's why we call it the present.!:A

Would be great if R&R came back but I won't believe until I get my first one. If stores are being horrible about giving dtd wait until they are expected to give you a £40 iron because you were charged 2p more than SEL. Should be fun. It's been a good long while since the cs staff I used to annoy regularly with R&R, so could have a nice long run before the new staff get to know me.0

That was always the same, it was just today that it changed at St£ven&ge, Hence why I posted to see if others' had noticed a change in their store.0 -
Just picked up a copy of today's Sun newspaper which has an ad for 3 for 2 plus petrol voucher for the Herbal Essences shampoo and conditioner. So even if your local has no signage a copy of this should seal the deal (well, it did for me lol). Also has £10 of coupons...0
