old Y and BB as usual? what was the surf situation if you checked? could do with an update as haven't been to T for couple of days which feels like ages! :eek: Will go and make up tonight, 3-4 stores probably so would be nice to get some batteries and free stuff...

Yep old Y and BB for the batteries, one solitary bottle of Surf left in BB and none in old Y. They have'nt restocked the surf since I managed my stash on Saturday;) Bleach is back to normal price in both and the lemon cleaner is back up to £2.80 in both:( Was going to try new Y for batteries but I'll leave that one for you;)

Just so you know my exp on the herbal essence.... went out to buy batteries (non at my local) but thought i'd buy the herbal essence instead which showed as 3 for 2 on the petrol promotion vouchers it says ANY 3 for 2 so i bought ANY didn't kick in so went to CS, to which i had to show her the offer, and impress on her that no really it was 3 for 2 in the first place!!! so she refunded me 1 bottle, when i asked shouldn't it be double the diff i was told no as it was not a misprice... clearly it was. I phoned CS who said yes it's DTD and put me through to duty manager at my store (whioch i suspect is the same person who served me) she said no it's not DTD as the offer doesn't start until 2m, even though on the petrol posters it says 3 for 2, and apparently the date is at the very bottom.... so what says i, the 5p worked but this doesn't, all she can do is offer me a full refund for me to buy the things 2m, why would i do that when i've already got the 3 for 2??? didn't understand

Has anyone else seen the 'new' misprice posters up in their store? Have just been to St3venage, Br0dwater and went through the basket checkout. There was a new blue background poster (not the old white background one) which stated that if things didn't add up (words to that effect) they would refund your money and you would keep the product. Sounds like dtd is being replaced by R&R. Am on mobile so can't check the website till later.

I can't seem to find any dtd things :-( I've been reading these threads and trying to put things into practice but getting nowhere. I tried a different store in Nottingham today to see if my local one was just too efficient and still no luck. I need help!!!!

It was by the basket checkout. I read it when she went away to take the security tags from the batteries. They only went through as B1G2 free.
