Because it's Tesco! Normally you'd think we'd be happy to find a bargain after the offer finishes but I'm so conditioned into getting stuff for free (or at least very cheap) that I will pass up a traditional bargain in favour of a Tesco bargain .... RSC pans, Denby, iPod speakers, striped tumblers etc etc

LOL, very true! ive been watching this thread with interest for a few days and have scoured my local but can't find any of the things mentioned! my store seems to have really efficient staff who change the labels straight away and when they don't the offers still work! AHHHH!!

Me and my neighbour both have our eye on a particular item that has a 2 week old out of date SEL. We've both been scanning but flaming thing is still half price. We won't give up!

Haven't been to Ts in a couple of days so looking forward to some DTD hunting. Wouldn't mind some memory sticks (the SanDisk ones again have an out of date SEL but scanning at reduced price) or failing that some more Denby. Will have a look for possible upcoming DTDs and make a note on my travels.

Was in Tesco Huntingdon yesterday and saw a garlic and rosemary studded joint of lamb 942g, £10, but the label on the shelf said £8. Claimed dtd and got it for £6

Finally managed to find the mega blocks, but SA noticed and put them through at £15 so they are being returned later...

Hiya, whats the mega block set? If you pay on your debit card how long does it take for the dtd or refund to go back on your card? thanks

Just went to H@stings to buy the half price sirloin and suprise suprise they haven't got any so called Bexh1ll and they haven't had a delivery of it either. I'm sure they put the signs up to lure us in as this happened with the half price chicken too, couldn't get one and the signs were outside only and no SEL's where they should have been.

Tried my luck with saynoto0870.com to find Bexh1ll's number. Did you know it has Head office and a long list of stores (maybe all) landline numbers? Useful if you haven't got a landline like me as the 0845/0800 numbers from my mobile cost a bomb. Just search Tesco, not Tesco and the store name.
