i second that nomination:D
actually i think caz would make a good partner for you with that
Why thank you :rotfl: Glad I've made an impact on here. My mum will be proud. I've made it my new addiction seeing how I had to give up ciggies when I was pregnant and being a single mum I can't drink more than one glass of vino in case I need to drive. I just love the feeling I get from my DTD fix whether it be a couple of pounds or £100+.
I told a nice lady about the Mega Bloks glitch a couple of months ago. I was actually at the till and had scanned the box I got so when it was confirmed it was £30 I ran back for a 2nd. Once I'd paid I went back to double check an innocent DTD and saw a women browsing the toys. Told her so she grabbed the last box and went and paid. Imagine my surprise when she turned up to CS with her overcharge just as they were dealing with my innocent one and gosh, turns out I had been overcharged for the Mega Bloks as well but hadn't noticed. She played her part so well
So where do I sign up for this new job of empowering the people?0 -
Someone beat me to the DTD's today lol !!
Got a whole £1.28innocent overcharge on a toilet training seat, which made it £2.28.
Also picked up 10 mens sport deodorants 17p eachMSE- The Glitchhikers guide to the galaxy0 -

Thanks to the OP for the knife block sets, finally found one this afternoon and they were in the nearest store to me all along, lol! So it is still worth looking if anyone else is after them.
Also picked up 3 lemon meringue pies while I was there, well it would have been rude not too :rotfl:
Now, do I drag myself of the sofa to try for the sirloin steaks before tomorrow?!0 -
i can understand why they thought that though u only bought the 2 items so u should have noticed at the checkout i always add in other items and take along my 3yr old who always makes a noise thats my excuse still try head office though maybe u will be lucky
Agreed. I once did a DTD on 3 PS3 games, but mixed it up with a few other things. I know for a fact that if I just had DTD items, the Barbarians and Amazonians at the CS desk would eat me alive. There is 1 who is evil and looks like she is out of a horror movie and she will use every excuse under the sun to not give a refund or a DTD!0 -
Not much in my stash today.
Picked up 10 bottles of Dentyl, £40 dtd back.0 -

Buy 1 Get 1 Free
The ones I got were Icy Mint @ £4 with a yellow Buy 1 Get 1 Free SEL
The £4 ones however arent on the offer.
Even if you dont have the yellow Buy 1 Get 1 Free label you could try pointing out that the large Buy 1 Get 1 Free label on the shelf end clearly has all the flavours showing.
I took 10 in one transaction, was suprised not to be questioned by CS, just a straight DTD refund, was a nice young girl though
That is the only time I reckon I will spend £40 on mouthwash in Tesco lol0 -
:T Managed to get 4 packs of sirloin steak from U**erboat store, S.Wales...sign was outside as you drove into car park. No problem in getting DTD back although customer services woman walked to sign to check, she came back with poster. Also got the lemon meringue pies and was paid £1 for them....excellent shop. :jBorn to glitch0
