Tesco misprices and discussion thread 11

Didn't Tesco bring in the refund and replace policy (the forerunner to dtd) after being rapped on the knuckles because of the high number of pricing errors they (still) manage to sustain?
Surely the fact that after at least 10 years they still can't manage to get their pricing system sorted; and as a result many people will pay a higher price at the checkout than they were led to believe by the shelf label (isn't this some kind of theft??); they deserve all they get.

Tesco seem unable to learn their lesson - if you don't want to pay dtd as per YOUR policies THEN GET YOUR PRICING AND LABELLING STRATEGIES SORTED OUT!!

I'm managing perfectly fine as are many others. As said before (I think by me) if you want things laid out on a plate for you then feel free to stop looking at this thread if it's so much hassle.

As the title suggests, this thread is for MISPRICES & DISCUSSION. If you wish to create your own thread and manage it then go right ahead - there's nothing stopping you. What have the mods got to do with it? I keep hearing that you were one of the R&R peeps and that somehow that should mean you should be given a bye-ball but when your limited contribution to this thread is generally to ask for 2 threads to make your life easier then I shall revert to form.

hi, when I only got a refund on my Magazines yesterday. I emailed customer service and complained. A five pound gift card is on its way to me!!:T

Supposed to be £3.75 half price but they scan at £7.50

i placed an order last night and in the order was a leg of lamb which would of been £9 for 1.2kg but ive been charged £15.95 for 2.1kg
ive just rang cs and been told they DONT do dtd for over charge and only refunded £6.95

is this right or should i take it back to store?
i got dtd yesterday and the lemon cakes haha
