First time I have found this thread, I'll be heading to my local store to try some of the recent dtds this morning.

Well done to everyone and thanks for the tip-offs, I'll be paying more attention to my shopping from now on!

cant answer about prawn details but you certainly can get DTD in a Metro. the main thing is that due to lack of space, their blue board tends to be away from customer services (in case you have to remind them of the obligation)

Yes the prawns are Youngs, massive red £3 sticker on them, think the weight was 220g , there was only one size in them

Thats it - I cant deal with it anymore. I've sat here for 2 days resisting the urge to go get me some Denby. Seeing all your successes, I've GOT TO go now - even if I only end up with a lifetime supply of prawns - I don't care, I just need a fix!!

Question about the denby sets...

I'm after the black pepper ones but saw cappucino with a White SEL of £38 and JM ones for £33.50 again a White SEL so nothing ood?

Can someone let me know if the black pepper sets should have a yellow sel?

Me too!! I feel like going to two mr. Ts that are further afield just to satisfy myself as the thought of them sat on the shelf with an ood sel is really unsettling me lol!!

Thanks to all who post their finds! sadly my local T's all seem to be on the ball with OOD sels, not one single thing :-(

ive been reading this thread for a few days now and it sounds very interesting! due to less income this sounds like a perfect way to make a few pounds!

can you just tell me what the label will look like?

better get thinking of a few excuses to come up with incase i get the third degree!

I could have written that!! I have'nt been able to get out all week and have decided that I'm off out tonight as I love prawns:T Even a piddly little DTD will do me, just something to cure my need for a fix;)
