Offer on at the moment for Coke, Diet Coke or Coke Zero 2lt at £1.56 each or 2 for £2.50. I bought 1 bottle but the discount of .73 still kicked in so bottle was £.84p. So in effect if you buy the bottles seperately you are getting both for £1.56 which equals a bogof.

LOreal ELVIVE smotth-ubrwbawa Light Shampoo in orange bottle bronze top, special offer label stuck on offering REDUCED NOW £2.32 from £3.10, if the reduced label is removed the barcode puts it through for £0.77p .......... is that legal ???????? It was only when I asked what the barcode on the bottle said that i discovered this.

did you know tesco is doing[for months now]tinned curry sauce for 4p was 7 then 6 the 5p i dont buy it now as asda do a larger one in a jar for 6p,i turn them into soups

I got a great DTD a few weeks back.......

...... I bought a 2-3 yr old padded swimsiut zogges or something, anyhow, It was SEL of £4.99 reduced down from £19.99 then £9.99, I was off on my hols (just got back!) so it was great bargain for my DD. I payed through the selfserve and price scanned at £21.99, I couldnt contain my excitement at that point (Is that wrong!?!?) rushed off to CS who went to get SEL. She had to run it through with thier superviser as it was such a DTD back. I ended up with £34 coming back on my card so in effect (hope I put this right!?) I ended up being paid for buying the suit.....The suit for free plus £8 for nothing!
Hope that makes sense!?

Nice easy Dtd today.

Big signs all over produce dept, hanging from ceiling, saying carrots, rooster pots and sunstream tomatoes all £1 each.

Sunstream toms still scanning at £1.60. DtD without question!

Just a little point of thought . If you knowingly go into a store and buy a mispriced .. Lower value when scanned . it is a criminal offence... Just thought id point it out , just for info and i know I will get my head bitten off .

It is only if you knowingly pay for it at a lower price and you know it is a higher price..

EG You scan a Nintendo DS priced at £100 and it comes out the till at £1. You pay .knowing it should be 100 . Thats the criminal offence :$

The thing is when you're paying for your shopping, you have other things on your mind, like what you're doing for tea, if you're going to get to school in time for kids or the traffics going to be bad, your exam that you should be revising for but needed shopping, how you're going to ask your boss for a pay rise etc etc and you can't be expected to realise that the SA has charged you too much, and then if you suddenly realise you need another 16 of these, rush back, pay, not notice any over charge again, then check your receipt and have been overcharged, its not really being a criminal is it-its being a little bit scatty

Ah just read your post properly-is it really illegal to buy things like that, how are you meant to know that the higher authorities haven't reduced it?

Anyway on a different point, I bought 2 kids plastic chairs and a table when they where reduced a few months ago, one chair broke straight away, the leg gave way, now the other chair has done it and the leg cracked, DD is only 2 so not heavy or swinging on it, she banged her head too, reckon its worth emailing HO?

That Tesco have committed...

Signage displaying one price and being charged a higher price is against the law.:rolleyes:

Their DtD policy is a goodwill gesture they offer to persuade people like me who regularly get overcharged not to go to trading standards and report their many many pricing errors.
