how was this possible didn;t they ask you why you did not notice at the till when asked check the amount and put your pin in.

for such a large amount it will have been hard to not notice, that is what i was asked recently.

I did the same with a product, and was refused DTD in-store, on phone to CS in-store, on phone after to CS, by e-mail to CS, and by e-mail to CEO office after 8 emails. Just be warned, it's not always guaranteed.
I am firmly across the line. I won't impose my values on you if you keep away from mine.

I am new to the forum and dont want to sound rude but I thought this thread was a way of sharing misprices etc.

Could there be a new thread started? or even a seperate one discussing being cautious with Tesco claims?

Hope I havent ruffled any feathers

Lets get some the bargains! xx

have been off for a few days so just catching up.

can i suggest a separate thread for WHAT TO TALK ABOUT.

having trawled through the pages am happy with tips, have contributed when i can and am also happy with warnings.

what is boring is all the discussions about discussing what to discuss.

the only thing i can add is the paranoia.

having only been reading this thread a couple of months i have notcied the change from camaraderie and tip swapping to paranoia that people might be finding things easier than other and code names for stores.

what does it matter who finds what and when and where.

it was just a freindly chat with tips on new finds and help with which stores and not it is like we don;t want so adn so to know.

that is playground behaviour just post or not and just use or not i am happy to share info and that is what the forum was like when i first starded reading it not code names for stores etc.

sorry rant over should have put on rant forum as i suggested myself...;););)

by the way not been in clay x, chesterfield or alfreton lately but will let you all know when i spot anything that could help anyone locally or nationallly.

that is how it used to be..

Hi guys, I have a new dtd, Its a Remington Comfort 360 Shaver White SEL £59.99 scanned as £129.99 so go £139.97! so got paid £10 to take it away! Apparently it's a pretty rubbish shaver though! (I have a photo but not sure how to put it on!)

Also in the Tesco magazine there are coupons for £1 yoo yoghurt WYS 2.89 on them, they are currently on half price at £1.44 a pack so I got two packs and a single pot and scanned two coupons at the self serve :-) My friend tried it with three £1.44 packs and three coupons but after the first one it called for authorisation (the wee lad just overrid it for us though!) I think this may have been because she only had the yoghurt while I had spent £10 with my other bits?

edit - sorry this was in B4gul4y store and I checked Burn4ge which had the correct price for the shavers.

can we please stop using code we are not at war with each other, we are suppose to be sharing information - its not need to know basis.

can we get back to how it was a few weeks ago. this is a great site with great people.

    :):):):)

It's such a shame tomorrows headlines will be about 1 junky rather than 91 dead Norwegians.
