A word of caution - if you go overboard, CS will eventually remember you from "last time", and eventually call a manager over, where you'll hear them say "they've done it before" and you will be asked to take your business elsewhere. I've had security follow me round stores after some R&R exploits when I pushed my luck a little too hard."Life was easier when I didn't have a clue"0 -

I know I know, I'm "taking my business elsewhere" soon anyway
I didn't ask for dtdAnd the store seems to be super relaxed, no trouts whatsoever... I might be pushing my luck but I promise I'll do rehab if I ever get banned... :rotfl:
(and why can't I have done it before if THEY do it all the time?)0 -
just thought i would come on here and give you all an update about my DTD 'issue'. anyway, 10 DAYS after my original email (i followed up 3 days after with another email telling them i had expected to have had a reply by then!!) i got a reply which was quite long, explaining they always tried to get their prices correct etc etc and it was a very rare occurence and apologies were included along with an offer of the DTD in a moneycard! hurrah! eventually! i accepted the offer, and i suggested they may like to send a memo to their customer services people to remind them about their own policyCar Boot Queen!!
Clothes Golden Rule: Never pay full price unless it is an utter bargain in the first place!
Sales, boots, charity shops, ebay- why would anyone ever pay full price for anything??!0 -
Just got a Silentnight Summer Fresh Kingsize 4.5 tog Duvet. SEL £15.00 and £25.00 (For sale in 2 different parts of the store). Scanned through at £30. Not a bad freebie for something I was willing to pay £25 for0

I could do with some free wine0 -

Melandtony, czerniacha is just reminding everyone that the wine offers finished last night I think, and the stores that are not off the mark quickly may have some old SEL's still showing, in which case you could get DTD.
