Phoned HO to explain refusal of DTD and was put through to the manage of the store (Sealand road Chester) and the manager appologised profusely and said I would have got it if she had been on duty and to come in and collect my DTD. Thank you manager (don't know if I'm allowed to name).

Went to tescos last night and got leggins and vest tops at £1 each! Also got 2 strawberry and cream tarts at 50p :D:D :DThankyou to those that posted the deals:A:j
Found a stack of crates at the end of an isle with an assortment of things inside. I got a packet of princessey coat hooks for 25p and a pink bucket with garden gloves and garden shires inside for a £1. There was some thorntons mothers day chocs that were still full price so I left them! Think it was full of odd bits that were taken off the shelfs - bargains for me tho!

Tesco finest strawberries and cream tart 443g

They are in the freezer with the frozen deserts. Think they are re sizeing so the old box which is deeper and has white chocolate sauce drizzled over the strawberrys is marked up at £3 but goes through the till at 50p. The new boxes are thinner and do not have the white chocolate sauce drizzled over the strawberrys. hth:)

:)Me too, my crime was to claim RnR on the beer deals, followed around the store next time I went in (only nipped in to buy a sarnie for my lunch) by Security, surrounded by 2 Security men, Deputy & Store Manager, questioned about how I managed to put the SEL on the shelf ??? then told I was banned for life. all because THEY are slack and kept forgetting to replace SELs when the offer changed)
I'm that old I even managed to bag the classic Xbox on RnR
:D I was there aswell, its still in use now.

It was very different back then, there were a few of us who had alot and I mean alot stuff.

Floflo, Leadhead, Ginjim, The postman, WLFC1

Some of us were texting each other info while we were instores with what to get.

We were going from store to store picking up the misprices.

In a matter of months I had

    4 x xbox 360s + games (Anyone remember the Godfather game:D)
    3 x PSPs
    1 x Sony 32" LCD £799
    1 x Bush 32" LCD £599
    Loads of phones
Beer and champagne by the car full

My local banned me as It was the one closest to where I worked at the time and they got to know me at Customer services. I would go in for a sandwich and walk out with boxes of chocolates and biscuits for nothing and put them in the canteen at work:D

I was at the desk, only buying a newspaper as it happened and got surrounded by two security officers and the manager, told I was banned and that I couldn't even buy my paper.

Didn't stop me doing the other 5 stores within 20 mile of my house though
We took on Mr T and we won:D

Shame it had to end, will have to get free stuff from comps now
