Ahhhh All head and shoulders were £2.10 in my store , took absolutely every flavour of it to the till to do price checks, think they thought I was barmy!!GRATITUDE WHEN GIVEN, PATIENCE WHEN DENIED

Quick question re tesco and their double the difference back if they overcharge you. They used to do a full refund and the product free if this happened, the sign relating to this is still on view at my local tescos. So does dtd apply to everything or if you stick to your guns and quote the sign can you still get the item for free ?0

Wow- DTD was introduced ages ago, thats incredible that the old sign is still up - someone not doing their job properly!!
Yes DTD applies to everything. Last time they refused me I emailed customer services and they rang me up, they then sent me a gift card with the amount on and said they were going to speak to the store.0 -

I've never seen an email address for Tesco cutomr sevices, Can you tell me what it is please? The barcode scanner at my local Tesco hasn't been working for months and I'd like to ask them to fix it.0 -

Go onto the tesco website in the top right hand corner click on contact us
that will direct you to click again on contact us form, fill in your details and send.0
