  • My first misprice. Tesco own brand CD-R. Pack of 10 had a SEL of £1 but scanned at £1.47. Got 10 packs and DTD with no problems. The SA took the label off but might be available elsewhere.

    Just made myself a profit!
Picked up a pair of mens sandals, £15 on the ticket, £5 on the hanger. Paid through Self Scan, and they scanned at £15. Went to CSD, got £10 back. Told the lady about double the difference. She tried fobbing me off saying that it's only on certain items, and that it was only an error made by an assistant and I asked her where it said that on the wall. So she reluctantly gave me the extra £10 back as well, so I'm in profit of £5, and have a pair of sandals that are the wrong size anyway!

Did they mark your reciept, if not its whats known as a golden ticket, which means you can return the sandals and get the £15 back for them, as they are the wrong size. HTH;)

Or just take them back without a receipt and exchange them for something else if they still scan at £15.00 on the tag.;)

Mr T's own brand bags of sweets[250gms, stripey 'paper bag' packing]are 3 for £2.
It's ridiculous when you see chocolate eclairs are only 43p to begin with[this may be wrong anyway], but better when you see fudge at £1.22....when the offer doesn't kick in.
Various DTD's available, even if you're not sweetie-minded.

Not quite a misprice, but also check out Mr T's free mag, Real Food, for the Yeo Valley organic 4-pack yogurt coupon - 40p off, about 4 pages from the back.
As they are on offer till 22/6[I think]at £1, they come through at 60p...it gets better, because the mid-layer cardboard is printed with another 40p off coupon.
Should be possible to generate further supplies at 20p for 4.

Is that an offer for which the SEL end date has passed?
The reason I ask is that I bought 3 packs as part of that offer several weeks ago, and was definitely charged correctly.

Here's one thats not necessarily a misprice (just good customer service from tesco staff and a bargain to boot). Currently in store other...mens 3/4 length trousers £9, SELECTED tshirts £8...buy the two togther for £10. Bought myself two lots but one of thetshirts didnt fit. Went back to local store but they didnt have the size I wanted. CS said, "oh just change it for any tshirt for the same price and I'll just do an exchange"
