All sounding fantastic and great news on the card.
I think that's a good idea to cancel and then reorder the item as that way you are sure to get your points.

Yes, I reckon you're right. I'm just twitchy about it now......it's the safest option I think. I'll do it tomorrow night when MrEH is out at rugby practise. I can't tell you how relieved I was about the card too! :o

Aargh - drives me mad when I see people dropping coppers on the ground. I made 10p a while back on the strength of following a couple of teenage girls round Tesco as they casually scattered 1p and 2p bits around the store....! MrEH has always been good at stuff like that - I tease him about going round with his eyes fixed to the ground as he is always finding coins in the street! Last year he picked up somewhere about £6.50 over the year just from the street.

When someone scarpered from a BTL owing me nearly 2k  he left literally 100's of copper coins in the house where he'd just chucked them, under the bed, in the garden etc. I went round collecting them muttering 'that's £1,947.87 the * owes me, £1,947.86 the * owes me :rotfl:. Then had to wash them all. Trust me, you don't want to know about the state of the place _pale_
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

  • help!! I'm on Bingo Britain and I haven't a clue what I'm meant to be doing!

Other news - we have a new challenge. I need to do some thinking about it first, but will share all and get your thoughts in the next few days. It's a toughy. :o

Paperwork has arrived for Halifax 0% card so I shall get that copied and returned over the weekend. Recycle envelope for the mobile phone has also arrived - £6 top up credit plus 200 CC points so effective cash value of £14.

Planning a trip to Morrisons tomorrow for 5% off stamps and anything else they have that's bargainous. Got another weekend to do list as long as your arm so that will keep me quiet! :o

Right, deposit £20 as your initial sign up and DO NOTHING until your £5 bonus appears, then withdraw the £20 and play with the bonus money.

    Repeat daily!

Any probs just PM me :D
  • Thanks FF - how's best to play - prepurchase cards for games and then just leave it to do its thing? I take it I don't need to stand over it? Is it best to purchase *lots* of tickets on one game or spread them over many? And have people worked out yet whether there is a best time of day to play? I would imagine that early in the morning or late at night might be good, but is that to obvious? Sorry if any of the questions are obvious as anything - this is the first bingo site I've ever been near though!

:o:o Oh - already blown your first bit of advice - followed something elsewhere that said deposit and play through £5 so it doesn't look like you're bonus-abusing......oops! :o:o

I play first thing in the morning and have won about £3 every two days. Some people are doing better later on, but I just get up early and need to occupy myself!

I prepurchase so that all my bonus money is spent then (hopefully!) come back half an hour later to winnings!
  • Thank you so much - I'll give that a try tomorrow them and see how it goes. :D
