You can move the forum to your own platform.

no you cant not with forumotion. I have looked into it. They wont release the database etc. Your tied into them. Anyway that aside I have found a product that I think people might like. How can i write about it and get a commission on any sales? Where do you start writing about it and how?

Someone showed me a product they had bought yesterday and I hadnt seen it before and thought what a good idea?

It's always best to use low competition unless you have alot of money to get content, and linking building etc.

I wouldnt say regardless of the number of searches, you have to take it into consideration, though.

I normally look at it like: Low competition, number of searches, and around how much each click is worth on adsense.

You can still do it. forumotion -> phpBB3 then to what ever forum.

It's probably illegal though. Since they technically own your content. But alot of people do it.

Sure you can try to sell. But long term will it be worth it?

You can certainly make money on youtube. But it takes a while to get going (whilst your subscribers base is built up.) You will need a good camera too. Majority of the videos on youtube now, the quality is so good, its amazing.

But if youre a natural, then go for it!

Sorry if this has been asked before, but is it worth blogging about something that can't be linked to anything that can be sold?

Ie. an alcoholic blogging about alcoholism or a drug addict blogging about addiction- couldn't have adverts that linked to products on Amazon, if you see what I mean!
