Really, blogging for profit has become a trend in this new era. All the people wants to earn the second income to lead the happy life. Some are interested because they want to earn while they are studying. Most students are earning money by this way as they wanted to spend money on their own education without depending on parents or others.0

What are LLC's?
Sort of a US version of a UK Ltd company, I think.
Blogs which have become successful include for example treehugger.com
"Picture the archetypal internet eco-entrepreneur – chiselled good looks, breezy confidence, into extreme sports – and you’ve more or less envisioned Graham Hill, the Qu!becois founder of the world’s most popular green blog, TreeHugger. It reports on everything from renewable energy growth in China to tweeting kettles, and its upbeat approach attracts 3.5 million unique visitors a month."

best of everything; they just make the best
of everything that comes along their way."

I have started with a new blog, and I know it will take time before I feel the profit. Patience is important in blogging for profit.Mr. Mulla0

I blog for pleasure but if I make a bit extra money then I'll be happy....
My blog is about my family and trying to cut back on spending while still having lots of fun and I have been writing it for a year. I have a few regulars and am often asked to review a product but I'm rarely paid for this. You do get to keep the product usually though.
It's rare to make much money from your blog and I guess it would take time so if you're only in it for the money I would say to find something else to focus on.0 -
There are a lot of American bloggers, blogging full time. They have "sponsors" who they promote from time to time and have a permanent ad somewhere on their blog.
These are two that I know of

Have read the whole thread with interest
I have a domain that I was thinking of letting go anyway. I've just been looking at my hosts to see whether or not I could use Wordpress with it but it all sounds terribly complicated.
Does anyone have any advice about who to register with? I'm thinking of ease of use and the pennies of course.0 -
Hello!
Read this entire thread also and it has greatly interested me! I spend alot of time online and I think this is a great way to pass the time. I think I have found quite a good topic, a hobby that I have recently started, that I already know is very popular, and I will be writing about it from a beginner's point of view and will post my experiences and things I have picked up on the way. I am abit of a nerd so naturally was looking at making a wordpress due to flexibility, but was wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction for hosting. I found justhost.com that offer £1.95 a month but I have read nothing but poor reviews about them. I really want to make a go at this, not just for the money but it seems like something I would enjoy.
So if anyone can point me in the direction of a reliable and cheap host that has automatic wordpress setup that would be ace!
