Carphone Warehouse Repair Centre replacement policy

Three - but then you get a "refurbished" one which will have enjoyed the same "engineer" skills of the people who couldn't fix (and often made worse) the problem you had in the first place!0

The policy has now changed. It's not necessarily 3 times now. It's on a case by case basis and therefore can't be speculated0 -
If so that's even worse. Their repair service is hopeless and it's hard enough getting them to change a phone. "Case by case" means they are likely to give even less concern to their customers.0

Does anyone have any contact names for Managers working at the Carphone Warehouse?
Or CEO / Managing Directors names?
Am about to make a complaint.
Thanks

My girlfriend's SE C905 has been in three times in 4 months for repairs now.

My Other half had a Nokia 6500 Slide repaired 3 times and when it went again (various faults) they agreed to replace it with a 6500 Classic (refurbished).
Now this has been returned for the third time and waiting a reply and phone from CPW.
In the 11 months of the contract so far, she has probably been without a phone for approx 7 weeks.0 -

had SE c905 repaired twice then had it stole, had a new c905, then had that repaired 3 times, they then gave me the replacement phone...
a very very slow samsung, which i am not happy in the slightest with.
anyone know if i can do anything about this? i dont want the samsung but they tell me i have no choice.0 -
This is worrying to me. I had my C905 replaced 5 months ago. Since then I've issues with the phone not charging, losing wifi, communication failure, refusing to switch on again/charge if battery has been allowed to go flat, gps refusing to connect. I've put up with these as niggling faults, but now the speaker in the earpiece has gone. I don't think I really want another C905 tbh.0
