Snaggs, please dont drink alcohol will on CD. While doing my investigaions it is seriously very dangerous to drink any alcohol while on the diet. I found a link weeks ago ~ trying to find it just now but this is a post for a CDC.

Can you have sparkling water? Or is it the fact it's carbonated that throws the diet out? It just says 'plain water' in the book.

Thanks Pap, according to that link I can have sparkling water, which sounds slightly less dull than normal water!

I'm really not bothered about having alcohol, since having Natasha I'm trashed off 2 glasses of wine anyway... :cool:

Here you go, seriously its so dangerous. Everyone has a different body, yes someone may be on the diet and be perfectly fine with a small vodka or whatever but everyone is different...
