    morning.

Survived the day from hell yesterday (13 hour day!!) and am really tired, but today is the 'big day' where I'm teaching a whole day course (10-5) for the first time ever _pale_ They also take an exam so if they don't all pass that will be a nightmare as nobody has ever failed this before with any other tutor. I'm quite apprehensive about it because I've never taught it, plus the length plus the exam element so I don't know what I'll be like by the time it ends at 5 today.

Sal - I'll have a catch up look at your photos when I get home :D

Hope everyone has a good day. The sun is shining here but I feel strangely shivery and sneezy....................can't quite remember coming into any contact with any swine over the last 24 hours!!! :rotfl:

Hi cat, try the fenugreek, it did nothing for me but I know it works for some people. I saw the doctor and asked for domperidone to help with my milk, I was expressing because Lily wouldn't breast feed at all. I could never express more than an ounce or two so it was all getting really frustrating.

The domperidone helped a little bit but in the end I gave in. I just don't think I would have ever produced enough, I never had full boobs, never leaked a drop and even when I stopped expressing I didn't get that full boob feeling before the milk dried up.

A million well dones for keeping going, I would have loved to have breast fed, but that's how it goes.

I hope Evie settles down soon, it's exhausting when they don't sleep so make sure you are sleeping when she is during the day, even if the house is a tip and there are a million things to do. They will all still be there tomorrow.

He's 9lb 1 oz now and was 9lb 4 oz when he was born 2 weeks today  For anyone whos on my facebook, Ive added a you tube clip to my profile, its an public annoucnement advert type thing about swine flu from 1976. Its worth a viewing.

Bookie - the midwife is coming again tomorrow afternoon so I'm hoping that Evie has gained some weight. We're still doing top up feeds with formula, one late afternoon and one just before bed but... I'm off to the herbal store to get some fenugreek as I've heard that helps increase milk supply!

I was a bit  at spending £9.00 on some herbal tablets but then figured I've already spent over £100 on a breast pump, bottles and formula and she still appears hungry so what's another tenner? Especially as there's some evidence that it does work!!

visiting my gp for drugs will be my next step if the fenugreek doesn't work. I'm really determined to persevere with it.

Morning guys! Cat - sounds like you are coping brill... Len, good to hear Harry is back up to his fighting weight almost....

Going to cinema tonight to see preview freebie screening of Coraline with mum and Erin... i love MSE!!!

had a nice run last night with runclub, woman i ran with gave me the split times of our run and now i really really want a garmin! how bad am i!? - won't be this payday anyway as i have to pay for holiday this week!

My mum said she might take her hols down to brothers in wales while i am away, she'd be driving. So i may actually go with her and drive down to Wrexham in day 1, then onto Dorch in day 2... have my hols and take 2 days to drive home again.... worth a consideration....

Sally - how's the shop after the flood?
