All conversations have been recorded and I would download them and post a link if I could on here just so you guys and girls could get an idea of where I am coming from.

He approached us, he badgered us for 2 weeks, we did the deal........ now he wants to swap back...

his loss at the end of the day, we will see what today brings.

I am glad that my partners brother is with her today, but is very protective over his family........

as youve sent off the log books etc the mondy is legally yours and the scooby his

he has possibly found out that the insurance on the scooby is extremly high and doesnt want to pay it!

a deal is a deal and him and yourself swapping is iirc legally binding now anyway

swap back and ill swap you a nice xsara diesel for it :D

anyway threats to take the car back will be classed as theft if he does, prehaps if you know some bouncer types bring em round with you

anyway good luck and dial 999 if he is threatening in any manner

also if he calls again tell him swapping again will devalue both cars as that means more owners will be added
