Noted Toots so returned to 'nag' you..
I have JUST realised what is causing my itchy eyes - hot sunny weather after heavy rain = pollen.
    Oh joy...
Have collected washing for washer and asked DS to provide me with more (that's his role in life - to keep me busy)
Thanks for good wishes - he's my stepdad (which is 'good' as it's likely to be hereditary - his dad had heart problems) - flipping Pollyanna me - can always look on the bright side;) :D-and an ongoing awareness has already led to health changes esp diet wise. He had pneumonia 2 summers ago so vulnerable but he WILL be fine.:Acos he's one of these...

    ***list compilation in progress***

    to do

    Tax Credits renewal
    Insurance
    bank account update

err - I want to go to the loo but I don't like to as DS, DSGF and DS bessi mate are all up there and Valli Towers is not 'lavishly appointed' and the window is broken and doesn't open...

***wanders off to find matches and candle...can't wait much longer:o***

    Evening all,

Sorry I haven't dropped in for a bit, but have had rather a hectic week so far, and just wanted to say a huge

    congratulations_myspace_graphics_02.gif
to Toots for completing her treatments.

Had window sellers round for a quote on Monday night - they got there at 7.30pm and didn't leave until gone midnight! We had to eat our dinner in front of them at around 11pm, and I'm still tired! Dinner at MIL's yesterday, and I've been working full days this week all week. Have done some flying - mainly keeping things clean by swishing and swiping regularly so that the clutter and dirt doesn't have time to build up, so everything is still looking fairly good as I did most of last week's list on Sunday as usual.

LadyL - hope you're ok, as haven't seen you post for a bit when I've been catching up - hope it's due to your internet connection and not anything serious. Our channel 3 and 4 seem to have come back of their own accord now after 2 days absence, so I'm guessing they were fiddling with the transmitter on the IOW.

Right, I'm off to wash my hair now so that I can curl up in bed to watch Embarassing Bodies on 4+1 at 9pm, so will do the bathroom whilst I'm in there.

Night, night everyone - will try to get back on soon, but I may have to wait until the weekend to get back online as I plan to go to the gym after work tomorrow and will be at my parents' house for dinner on Friday.

PS Congratulations to pigpen on her forthcoming godmotherhood.

ETA How funny that your 13th treatment should end on the day we reached page 13 on the thread - it must be a good sign Toots.
Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.
