It is believed to be locked to Cellnet but could be Vodafone, and have tried the following code: #pw+004783743501224+7#

The trouble is that when I type in the unlock code and get to the final #, it doesn't react or do anything. It won't even allow the # to be typed in. Has been tried once with the Vodafone code too.

ps. Oh, if I set select network in the phone settings it pulls in Cellnet or Vodafone only. My own phone lists lots of different providers.

your imei seems to be wrong
not seen this model before but it looks like dct3
are you using dct4 settings for calc?
is it single band or dual band? prob single - thats why it only shows cellnet and voda
does it work on both? if so its already unlocked

It's an old piece of rubbish really, off-loaded by the kids who are on their 100th phone or something. All I have here is a T-Mobile sim which turned up in the post this morning. Just says no-service when trying to dial anything.

Have just tried a dct3. Unlock code is: #pw+3356373695 +1#

Phone says: sim was not restricted. Doesn't like T-Mobile though.
