If I buy a nokia 6111 on t mobile, will it be possible to unlock it to use on o2?

Hi I have a Nokia 1100 locked to virgin have tried myself 3x to get it unlocked but have failed.

If anybody know the code to unlock it I would be greatful.

also need the imei but the codes dont always work on these and i dont know why?
