Browntoa, it said it can't do it as it's 'restricted'!!!!! What does this mean?

put the virgin sim in and when it says "restricted" press undo and enter the code
you may need to enter it with the o2 sim in

some of the 6111 models dont seem to work with the codes im using but some do? dont know why yet?
