puk code is for the sim - not the phone and only the service provider can give it to you, although on some sims it is on a leaflet in the packet the sim came with

Trying to unlock a nokia 3310 (locked to orange) to insert an easymobile Sim. Been to the site sugguested by OP and tried typing into phone the generated code from the site, however, there is not enough space on the phone to put the #to end the code - therefore code not complete.

Any sugguestions please guys???
