not sure what your doing wrong but this should be how to do it:
no spaces
make sure you use a non voda sim to enter code (it should ask you to enter restriction or unlock code)
make sure you put the #PW+ in (using the * button to get the PW+)

how many attempts have you had?

Hello, i've tried a number of times. I've used vodaphone, orange sims and no sim!!! it says Not Allowed then does a green tick. I'm really confussed. I hate these things getting the better of me.
Any tips
