Thanks very much for your quick response -
I'm not sure whats gone wrong, but It's come up with "Not allowed". Any ideas? Do I have to take it to a shop or was it just a wrong code?

i dont think your putting the code in correctly
make sure you put the complete code in including the #PW+
to get the PW+ use the * key
use a sim in the phone that doesnt yet work to enter the code
dont put the spaces in

im sure this is a BB5 model - if so then network provider only

if its a payg phone
#pw+883 751 402 004 140+7#

if its a contract phone
#pw+882 231 402 004 140+7#

if you get signal dropping problems after unlocking you will need the menu resetting
