  • Budget, well done on budgeting and doing your finances, that's wonderful!

I went for a walk all by myself yesterday, which is a pretty big deal for me as I'm agoraphobic, so I'm really proud of myself! On the way back I stopped in the corner shop and got some money out and got some reduced coffee for DH and some reduced Mars bars for me, which left me with about £1.40 for the pot! Hopefully the pot will be getting fed a bit more now that we've got our money sorted out a bit better.

Hope you are all having a good week, and are saving lots of money!

  • Hi all
was also wandering that, am still saving my loose chang but am trying not tp look untill the end of the month, hopefully will be happy with total.
  • Hi all - we're still collecting loose change and we have amassed £139.97 between us - we've got £122 in bags waiting to be taken to the bank. We can't decide what to do with the money though... Here are our options:

    1 - mortgage overpayment
    2 - wedding savings
3 - honeymoon savings (currently no honeymoon planned)
4 - treat ourselves to a nice meal.

    What do you think?
