Mine will take a while as I mostly pay by card for things, although saying that my wife brings home a lot of change so that makes up for both of us. I tell her I'm taking the change and she thinks I'm taking just 1p and 2p but I normally take 5p and 10p coins as well :rotfl: She'd only waste it anyway. :rolleyes:Debt Free Wannabe :hello: LBM: 23/01/08

everytime i get change now i always get happy about seeing 5p or 20p as thats the only thing that will fit in my bottle lol thats a little sad actually
i have jars for everything, 1 for £2, 1 for pennies and 1 for 5/20p
i was going to save up for a laptop but seeing the rate im going i have no chance. might start hinting to my family for bday or xmas idea0 -

If she has a lot of change, start taking the 20s and 50s as well. She probably won't notice, and will be grateful in the end!

I did think about the 20p coins, she would notice the 50s though. :rotfl:Debt Free Wannabe :hello: LBM: 23/01/08

Hi all,
I've got €2 for my pot today. Haven't kept track but I think when I've got around €20 which should be soon I'm going to deposit it against my loan and start over. It's a fixed loan but bank are allowing me to overpay so I'll save a bit on interest.
A red laptop sounds lovely Focus. I'm always delighted with change too and I hate it when I've nothing to put in the pot.Trying to spend less time on MSE so I can get more done ... it's not going great so far!
Sorry if I don't reply to posts - I'm having MAJOR trouble keeping up these days!
