hai everyone,

Since 11th i spoke with 3 CS people. Answers are

1. YOu send 3rd month(in my case 22nd jan bill) - no problem.
2. 5 minutes later - another person - Send 22nd march bill - u wil get cash back.
3. 5 minutes later - another CS person - Send all the papers of 22nd Feb bill, according to her by sending only 2 pages - i made a mistake.

my conclusion is - they want to frustrate the customer so that we do not have time or patience to pursue the matter. Out of the 3 answers - which is correct. 2nd person was so rude - he has put the phone down on me when i was trying to get some explanation.
Surprise Surprise - my neighbour who started the contract on 29th october and has sent the 29th Feb bill for 4month cash back - accepted and his cheque is in post.- clear indication - they want to frustrate some people - so saving some money.

I have informed BBC watchdog, about to inform trading standards authority. E mail to charles Dunstone - no use now a days.

This is for the information of all the readers.
Does anyone know whether we are eligible to claim costs of registered posts when we win in the small claims court - which i am sure i will win.
