    the run i did on saturday was poles apart from the one i did two weeks ago... 2 weeks ago was a local first time for a race, hence i was last, well there were only 140 runners!     I have said it before Spud, I won't leave you blimey the rate you are going with the CD I would think I will be holding you back.

    and as for sponsorship, I don't have anyone either, I am going to ask a few mates and what ever I get I get if you see what I mean
