Well done to Sall, Hypno and Becky. I bet their legs are aching.

Mrs S, if my 2 penneth is worth anything I would block him from everywhere you have him, the sooner you get him our of your life, in an out of sight out of mind way, the better. He's bringing you down everytime you speak to him or get something from him.

bit of Wombles trivia - I used to know one of the guys who is in one of the suits on TV. He went on to become a Park Ranger with Poole Council - no bright lights and Hollywood obviously after a career as a Womble :rotfl:

Right So we start the 12 week programme at week four, the first four weeks are only walking and a tiny bit of running, and we are just walking, you have your treadmill and I walk a bit as it is.

So this week we should be doing 23 mins, 30 mins and 34 mins roughly speaking. so long as i take my trainers to work I can walk home from the station I can do that.

    xxxx

We need to pace ourselves too, or else we'll be there all day, and everyone will have gone home :o

    I just did 3.74k in 40 minutes, which i think gives a 10k time of 1hr 47 ish

I just need to build up my stamina now to keep up that pace for the full 2 hours or so
Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches
