    bit of Wombles trivia - I used to know one of the guys who is in one of the suits on TV. He went on to become a Park Ranger with Poole Council - no bright lights and Hollywood obviously after a career as a Womble :rotfl:

    Spud why don't you try doing intervals on the tready....run for 30 seconds out of your comfort zone and then do a walk for maybe 3 mins.....do you want me to come and do a jillian on you :rotfl:

    unlike present OH who has just been a !!!!!! today!!!!! accused me of hiding the hosepipe do dah again...(he does it every year) which bit of I don't use the hosepipe does he not understand....
