Phoned Parcel2Go and asked for a refund so we shall see.

Phoned Parcel Farce at 9.00, driver arrived at 10.00 to collect boxes. All £9.99 so happy apart from now having to deal with Parcels Didn't Even Go ...

Does anybody know if you can just turn up at your local Parcelforce to get these sent for £9.99?

Might be a hell of a lot easier than trying to get through on the phone.

No surprises here, phoned up P2G asking about how the refund was coming along only to be told that all refunds have to go to the big boss. Apparently it will take a few days for a refund to be processed, strange as taking the money out of my account was instant.

I never even managed to make contact with P2G

If I was you I would report to matter to your Credit Card company and put the payment into dispute.

I know your stuff has already been sent but Royal Mail Parcel service is £7.20 for up to 4KG

As the ammendment to my title says..I have just rang Parcelforce to arrange the collection of an item I'd priomised would be delivered tomorrow and...there's no same day collections this week!!!!! >:(

Luckily the delivery address is within a do-able distance so I think I am going to pay somebody to deliver it by hand instead

... and even the pay number for parcel force is engaged !! Never mind I'm sticking to what I know.

Parcel2Go cannot give a refund apparently, you need to email their claims dept and surprise, surprise they ignore your email !!!
