Parcelforce/Ebay£9.99 delivery.NO SAME DAY COLLECT

Hi,

Does anyone know if they have pulled this offer?It was definitely still therelast night but today it has vanished from Ebay  >:( I have already sold something based on this delivery price and am going to be seriously out of pocket if I have to send it by Special delivery instead .I tried to get through to Parcel force to book collection today and couldn't get through and today I've been redialling since they opened at eight and still not got through >:(

Soooo.......
A) Does anyone know if they've pulled this offer?
Did anyone find a quicker way to get through to ParcelForce to use this offer?(It said to only use the specially designated number)
C) Does anyone know a cheap alternative that could delivery a large item weighing 4kg max

p.s Here's the original offer.It says "The offer is presently open for items sent between November 26th and   December 21st 2004" but also adds at the bottom "This offer is subject to acceptance of the customer's order by parcelforce Worldwide, who reserve the right to withdraw the offer at any time without notice."

You are fortunate that you could get through to Parcel Farce. I'm in the same boat as the original poster as I sold several items aprox 10Kg in weight on eBay but now cannot get through to Parcel Farce or eBay. Some of the items sold for 99p !!!

An alternative I'm now going with Parcel2Go which I wish I had done in the first place as they have manned operators to take calls and offer discounts for eBay sellers. See my rant in the eBay forum !!!

BigKisses how did you get through to Parcel Farce ? The line is always engaged. No matter I phoned Parcel2Go. The 0800 413 501 is always engaged !!!

I don't know what the discounts are for Parcel2Go as I went for the Parcel Farce one !!! It has an eBay link on the web site

Have you tried taking your parcel to the Post Office. I sent a TV a few weeks back..weighed around 8 kg and covered it with £500 insurance and it was not much more that £9.99
