Thank you for your refund request. Our opening hours are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, and 9am-10am & 4pm-5pm Saturday and Sunday.
Any refund requests made after 5pm Monday to Friday will be dealt with first thing in the morning and you should be back in your paypal account for 10am. Requests at the weekend will be dealt with twice a day at 9am and 4pm as outlined.
If you have not mailed us from the email address you use for paypal please make sure you inform us of your paypal email address or the transaction ID that needs refunded.

It has been 13 days since I received the email from 'Ben' saying the code to unlock my mobile could not be generated and that I would get a refund within 7 days. Not so unexpectedly, this has not happened.
I have taken the advice of marcellep:A and emailed

Hopefully this will do the trick0 -

The Met police called me back to say they are investigating my allegation and will also inform Trading standards, I had to go in to a local police station here in Edinburgh to make the statement which I have done. I too have be scammed from BMC media. Its now 10 days since they promised my refund and have not received a penny back.
They don't respond to my e-mails and I have escalated to a paypal claim.0 -
