    I also fell for this - I went o start a dispute on Paypal and have this message

    If you simply require an immediate full refund please DO NOT continue with the resolution process and email me directly at [EMAIL="Craig@dynamicmarketinguk.co.uk"]Craig@dynamicmarketinguk.co.uk[/EMAIL] I will ensure full refund will be in your paypal account within the hour. If you do no not contact me and choose to raise a dispute we will then need to carry out an investigation to determine whether the code has been sent or not on average it takes us 18 days to either return the money or confirm the code was sent and your isp or email client blocked it. If you simply require a full refund email me now and it will be in your paypal account within the hour.

    Dear Customer,

    Thank you for your refund request. Our opening hours are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, and 9am-10am & 4pm-5pm Saturday and Sunday.

    Any refund requests made after 5pm Monday to Friday will be dealt with first thing in the morning and you should be back in your paypal account for 10am. Requests at the weekend will be dealt with twice a day at 9am and 4pm as outlined.

    If you have not mailed us from the email address you use for paypal please make sure you inform us of your paypal email address or the transaction ID that needs refunded.

    Done a little digging today about this company

    I have reported them to the Met police
    Westbury Inc Learer Roberts
    Crusader House, 145-157 St. John Street
    London
    EC1V 4PY
    That is the accountants for this mob, and not the office

    I have to call them back after 2pm to get an actual address of the company.

    I got a full refund within 3hrs

    It has been 13 days since I received the email from 'Ben' saying the code to unlock my mobile could not be generated and that I would get a refund within 7 days. Not so unexpectedly, this has not happened.

    I have taken the advice of marcellep:A and emailed

    Hopefully this will do the trick

    Moral of this story...don't take the chance of using BMC media to unlock your phone.

    Update

    The Met police called me back to say they are investigating my allegation and will also inform Trading standards, I had to go in to a local police station here in Edinburgh to make the statement which I have done. So hopefully this mob will get shut down. :beer:

    I too have be scammed from BMC media. Its now 10 days since they promised my refund and have not received a penny back.

    They don't respond to my e-mails and I have escalated to a paypal claim.
